By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:
⸙General guidelines⸙
𓆣 I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.𓆣 Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.𓆣 The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.𓆣 𓆣 Prices shown are for personal use only (unless specified otherwise).𓆣 I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.𓆣 I may use photo bashing and/or 3D on my commissions if I see fit at my own discretion.𓆣 Price might vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit.
⸙Customer obligations⸙
𓆣 Write in a clear and concise manner𓆣 If you have any problem regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away, so we can find a solution together.𓆣 Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.𓆣 Mood boards are welcome!𓆣 Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.𓆣 Respond in a timely fashion and let me know beforehand if communication issues may arise.𓆣 Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.
⸙Customer use⸙
𓆣 I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
𓆣 I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.𓆣 I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.𓆣 Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.𓆣 The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.𓆣 You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.𓆣 For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.𓆣 Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.𓆣 You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
↟ Print the work for personal use.↟ Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.↟ Use the artwork as reference for a study.↟ Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.
𓆣 You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
↟ Claim the artwork as yours.↟ Remove my watermark/signature.↟ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.↟ Color in my sketches or lineart.↟ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.↟ Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
⸙Payment⸙
𓆣Payment is due in full upfront.𓆣 Payment is done through PayPal in euros.𓆣 A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.𓆣 A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description.𓆣 Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).𓆣 The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.𓆣 If after the initial payment things are added , the second payment will be sent after I'm done with the piece.𓆣 I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full or the first-rate of the agreed payment.
⸙Revisions⸙
𓆣 One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
𓆣 A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.𓆣 Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.𓆣 Revisions due to my own negligence are free.𓆣 Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.𓆣 It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
⸙Refunds and cancelling⸙
𓆣 Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.𓆣 I don't do refunds if I started working on your commission.𓆣 I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.𓆣 You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork𓆣 You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission before i started. After that it will be partial.𓆣 After 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.
⸙Process and work schedule⸙
𓆣 I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept limited complete revisions at the sketch stage.𓆣 I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.
𓆣 Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.𓆣 Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.𓆣 The time of delivery is based on active buyer responses to my inquiries, delay may arise if not.
𓆣 Delay may arise depending on next factors : order of commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues.
𓆣 If delays arise, you will be notified.
𓆣 If you choose a payment plan expanding over the delivery time, delay before completion will rise.
In this case, I will work on your commission has much of the payment I have received.𓆣 I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.
